Our Process
FROM INITIAL CONSULTATION THROUGH CONSTRUCTION
Initial Project Meeting
We will schedule a day and time that is convenient for you to meet and discuss your project. We will listen to your ideas and come up with a plan. We will answer any questions you may have. After our discussion, we will take measurements and pictures of the actual space.
Agree on a Budget
Setting a budget before the project begins its crucial to ensure that we stay within your financial expectations. Once a budget is established, we will begin the next phase of the process.
First Drawings and Designs
First drawings and designs will be based on the initial project specifications and requirements, if necessary. This phase will require good communication between both parties and will allow time for major revisions.
Final Drawings and Measurements
We will finalize the drawings to meet your project needs. Once they are approved, we will begin the final stage of preparation.
Contract & Deposit
We will provide a contract and discuss a payment schedule. At this time, we will discuss a timeline of completion, and all insurance binders will be issued under the homeowners name and address for the project to start.
Construction
The construction process will be expertly managed through completion. We will check in daily and provide updates. We will be available at any time to be sure the project progresses smoothly.
